RummyCircle requires uninterrupted Internet access in order to play online with other players.

  • I had won the game but my winnings were not credited. Please assist. Down Arrow

Please be aware that your winnings are typically credited in real-time after you leave the table, though occasional delays may occur depending on your network conditions. Nevertheless, rest assured that if you win a game, your winnings will eventually be credited to your RummyCircle account.

There are a few situations where the credited winning amount might vary:

    1) In some cases, a tournament might not get fully filled, causing a change in the prize structure and resulting in a lower credited amount.

    2) If you declare a win believing it to be valid, but it later turns out to be invalid, the winning amount won't be credited to your account.

  • I made a valid declaration but still got 80 points (invalid declaration/wrong declaration/dropped). Please help. Down Arrow

Please rest assured that your scores are accurately calculated by the automated system, defying the chances of any miscalculations. Below are a few scenarios of common invalid declarations that we have observed.

    Wrong Declaration with Invalid Sets

    Example 1: 10♠ 10♠ 10♦ 10♣ Q♥

A set can have 3 cards or more, however, a set needs to be formed with cards of the same value and different suits. In this situation, the Wild Joker (Q♥) card was added and that became the fifth card, which is valid as per rules, however, the group consists of 2 cards of the same suit (10♠ 10♠) making it a wrong declaration.

    Example 2: K♥ K♥ K♦

In this set, there are 3 cards which are well within the minimum limit. Also, a set consists of cards of the same face value but has to be of different suits. The set cannot have more than one card of the same suit. In this example, the set consists of two cards of the same suit (K♥ K♥) and that makes it a wrong declaration.

    Wrong Declaration with Invalid Sequences.

A valid declaration must have 2 sequences, out of which one needs to be a pure sequence i.e. a sequence without a joker and the other can be a pure or an impure sequence i.e. a sequence with or without joker.

    Example 1: 10♠ 10♥ 10♦ 10♣ | 5♠ 5♥ 5♦ | 6♠ 6♥ 6♣ | 9♥ 9♦ Joker

In the example above, there is no sequence made, making it an invalid declaration.

    Example 2: K♥ K♠ K♦ | 6♥ 7♥ Joker | 9♠ 10♠ J♠ Joker | 5♠ 5♥ 5♦

This example shows that there are 2 sequences, but both are impure sequences and the pure sequence is missing. It is compulsory to have a pure sequence before you make a declaration.

    Example 3: Q♥ Q♠ Q♦ | 6♥ 7♥ 8♥ 9♥ | 5♠ 5♥ 5♦ | 10♠ 10♥ 10♦

In this example, there is a pure sequence, however, the 2nd sequence is missing and hence it is an invalid declaration.

  • Can I take part in cash games from Andhra Pradesh? Down Arrow

We regret to inform you that any gameplay with prizes for users from the State of 'Andhra Pradesh' has been restricted according to changes in the state gaming laws. We are a law-abiding organization, and all our policies comply with the law.

However, you can rest assured that the restriction is just for playing games with prizes and not for withdrawals. Your withdrawal request will be duly processed and credited to your bank account registered with us.

We suggest you withdraw your amount as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience in the future.

  • My opponent got lesser points than what he was entitled to get, the scores were not calculated properly. What do I do? (Deal Show) Down Arrow

Please rest assured that the scores are very accurately calculated by the automated system defying the chances of any miscalculations. This could be an instance wherein you have declared your cards in your first move. (Deal Show)

If the losing player has not had his first turn before a valid declaration is made, then:

    • The losing player gets points equal to half of his/her hand score. For example, if the hand score for a losing player is 30 points, then the player gets 15 points.
    • The minimum points a losing player can get in this case is 2 (for scores of 2,3,4, & 5). The maximum points for a losing player, in this case, are 40 (for a score of 80)

However, there are certain limits to the points a losing player can receive under the Deal Show rule:

    • The minimum points a losing player can get in this case is 2 points, which applies to hand scores of 2, 3, 4, and 5.
    • On the other hand, the maximum number of points a losing player can receive is 40 points, and this applies to hand scores of 80 or more.
