    There are different self-exclusion periods. You can opt for any of the below-mentioned durations.

    • 72 Hours
    • 1 Week
    • 3 Weeks 
    • 1 Month
    • 3 Months
    • 6 Months

    Note: Once you confirm your Self-Exclusion duration, you won’t be able to log in to your RummyCircle account until the set duration is concluded.

    In order to opt for Self- exclusion, please follow the steps mentioned below.

    Step 1 - Log in to your RummyCircle account and tap on the menu option

    Step 2 – Select ‘Responsible play'

    Step 3 - Select the desired duration from the ‘Restrict me’ option.

    Step 4 – Click on Submit

    Step 5 – You will receive an OTP on your registered contact number.

    Step 6 – Enter OTP on the pop-up box and click on ‘Verify’

  • I am unable to understand the feature of "Account Deletion" Down Arrow

    Please follow the below steps to close and delete the data from your account. This feature would close your account and initiate the process of deleting your personal and account related information. 

    For Desktop/Mobile Browser- Go to My Account -> Other Details -> Account deletion.

    For Android/ iOS - Click on the Hamburger Menu -> My Account -> Other Details -> Account deletion Note: If you wish to reopen your account, please don't hesitate to contact us via the 'Email us' button located at the bottom of the page. Kindly do so within 45 days of initiating the account deletion process.

    Note: Once you raise the request for deletion of any of your personal data/information, we may not be able to serve you further and thereby any reward(s)/ benefit(s) accrued so far to you or due for accrual in future will immediately lapse including the entry fee, if any paid in advance for any future tournament/contest/game,etc. Any withdrawable balance lying in your account and your deposit wallet shall be refunded to your registered Bank Account/UPI ID after completion of requisite checks and deletion of data process within a period of 10 working days from the date of data deletion request raised by you/ acknowledgement of your data deletion request. Kindly note that this process is not reversible and once the request for data deletion is successfully initiated, you will be logged out of your account and will not be able to access the Platform with immediate effect.

  • I want to reopen my account, it says "Validation failed, User does not exist" Down Arrow

    You will get the below error on login when you have opted for account deletion from your application or website

    To do so, you can send us a copy of any of your KYC documents (both sides) via the 'Email Us' button located at the bottom of the page. The accepted KYC documents include: Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
