    All Mobile numbers at RummyCircle are unique. Once a number is registered by the player, it can neither be modified by the player nor by the customer support team due to security reasons.

    Once registered, the mobile number would be permanent for the concerned RummyCircle account.

  • How do I change my registered email id? Down Arrow

    To change your email ID, follow the simple steps below:

    Login to your account > Go to My Account > 'Profile' > 'Email ID' > Enter the Email ID > Enter account password > Save

    Note: If the email id that you wish to update is already registered with us, you will not be able to update the same in your account.

  • How can I change my username? Down Arrow

    All usernames at RummyCircle are unique. Once a username is entered by the player, it can neither be modified by the player nor by the customer support team due to security reasons. 

    However, there is an exception to this rule: when the system automatically assigns a username to an account at the time of registration, the player will be given one opportunity to modify it. This is most often the case when the player's desired username is unavailable (already taken by a different user).

    You can go to the My Account, tab on My profile and click on 'change username' to modify the same.

    Once modified, the username would be permanent for the concerned RummyCircle account. 

  • How can I change my Gender? Down Arrow

    Due to some system limitations, we regret to inform you that we are unable to change your gender once you have entered the same.

    Please be assured that your gameplay experience will not be affected due to this. You can enjoy playing games without any hindrances.

  • Why is it important to update my Pan Card & KYC document? Down Arrow

    At RummyCircle, player account safety is of the utmost priority. To ensure the same, it is now mandatory to get your account both KYC and PAN verified. Additionally, have a look at the list of benefits once the account is verified.

  • How to reset my Account Password? Down Arrow

    To reset your password, follow these steps:


    Go to the "forgot password" page and enter your registered email address and complete the human verification. Click "Submit."

    Check your email for a message from RummyCircle (it may be in the Promotions folder or spam folder). Inside, you'll find a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes.

    Click on the reset link, and it will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password.

    Set a strong password for your account, making it long, alphanumeric, and including special characters (e.g., Rummy@123).

    Now, you can use the new password to log in to your account or update your account details.

    Please ensure that your password is secure to protect your account effectively.

    Note: You can also log in by entering your registered mobile number or email address, or username and OTP would be sent to your registered mobile number &  email address to log in.

    Our Customer Service team would be responding within 4 to 6 hours to all the queries raised by the players.

  • ​​​​Where do I find my recent transactions? Down Arrow

    You can check your recent transactions in the 'View Transactions' tab.

    To access this tab, click on the 'Hamburger' sign, and then click on 'My Transactions' and then select 'View transactions.' 

    From there, you can categorize the transactions into deposits and withdrawals, Game Transactions, bonuses, Cash offers, and cashback.

    You will be able to only view the last 20 transactions. ​

  • Why cant I open another account? Down Arrow

    Your registration on the Portal is restricted to a single user account which will be used by you to avail of the Services provided on the Portal. You are prohibited from creating or using multiple user IDs for registering on the Portal.

  • Every time I join multiple games my applications gets stuck, what is the reason? Down Arrow

    Kindly note that when playing multiplayer games online, the Internet connection quality should surpass that used for regular activities such as browsing and emailing. Even a slight decline in connection quality can significantly impact your RummyCircle experience.

    If you encounter any issues with a degraded playing experience, we suggest attempting to play again after 15 to 20 minutes for improved connectivity.

  • I do not want any promotional messages from RummyCircle. What is the procedure to unsubscribe? Down Arrow


    If you are a registered RummyCircle player please follow the steps below to unsubscribe. 

    To do so,
    1) log in to your account
    2) Go to My Account Section
    3) Click on the Preferences tab on the left.

    You can change your preferences for these categories or subscribe/unsubscribe to emails from any of these categories by checking/unchecking the relevant box.

    Additionally, you can also unsubscribe to our other promotional emails by clicking on the link that appears at the bottom of every promotional email we send.

  • I am not able to log in as it is asking for an OTP. Down Arrow

    If you have the latest version of the application installed, you can log in using a One-Time Password (OTP).

    Please provide your registered mobile number or email address or username and select 'Login.'

    After that, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email address (you can use either one of them). Enter the OTP and click on 'Verify' to log in. 

    Usually, the OTP is sent instantly, but occasionally there might be a delay due to a weak network. If you encounter such a situation, we suggest trying again after 15 minutes.

  • My RummyCircle account has been suspended. How do I activate it? Down Arrow

    There could be multiple reasons for an account to be suspended, Please send an email to fairplay@rummycircle.com for further assistance.

  • Why does it say - My phone number or email is already registered? Down Arrow

    RummyCircle discourages the use of multiple accounts. Each player is limited to having only one account. If you have already registered your phone number or email address with a RummyCircle account, you cannot use the same information to create another account. The platform kindly asks users to continue using the account they have already registered.

  • How do I register? Down Arrow

    To register please follow the steps below.

    1. Click in login/Register using mobile
    2. Enter your Mobile number
    3. If you have an invite code or a referral code click on "Have an Invite Code'.
    4. Click on 'Get Started'
    5. Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
    6. Click on Verify to complete the registration process.

    Note: If you unable to receive the first OTP click on "Resend OTP" or "Get OTP on Call" after 30 seconds.

  • Why are residents of restricted state not allowed to play? Down Arrow

    The state law of the states; Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana; has restricted any kind of cash e-gaming in their states until further notice. Hence you would not be able to play from these states.

  • I am not able to log in it says 99% loading Down Arrow

    Before logging back into your RummyCircle account, we advise clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history. Additionally, please ensure to check your internet connection.

    If the above steps does not help we request you to uninstall the application and reinstall the upgraded application from the Playstore.
