    All Mobile numbers at RummyCircle are unique. Once a number is registered by the player, it can neither be modified by the player nor by the customer support team due to security reasons.

    Once registered, the mobile number would be permanent for the concerned RummyCircle account.

  • How do I change my registered email id? Down Arrow

    To change your email ID, follow the simple steps below:

    Login to your account > Go to My Account > 'Profile' > 'Email ID' > Enter the Email ID > Enter account password > Save

    Note: If the email id that you wish to update is already registered with us, you will not be able to update the same in your account.

  • How can I change my username? Down Arrow

    All usernames at RummyCircle are unique. Once a username is entered by the player, it can neither be modified by the player nor by the customer support team due to security reasons. 

    However, there is an exception to this rule: when the system automatically assigns a username to an account at the time of registration, the player will be given one opportunity to modify it. This is most often the case when the player's desired username is unavailable (already taken by a different user).

    You can go to the My Account, tab on My profile and click on 'change username' to modify the same.

    Once modified, the username would be permanent for the concerned RummyCircle account. 

  • How can I change my Gender? Down Arrow

    Due to some system limitations, we regret to inform you that we are unable to change your gender once you have entered the same.

    Please be assured that your gameplay experience will not be affected due to this. You can enjoy playing games without any hindrances.

  • Why is it important to update my Pan Card & KYC document? Down Arrow

    At RummyCircle, player account safety is of the utmost priority. To ensure the same, it is now mandatory to get your account both KYC and PAN verified. Additionally, have a look at the list of benefits once the account is verified.

  • How to reset my Account Password? Down Arrow

    To reset your password, follow these steps:

    Go to the "forgot password" page and enter your registered email address and complete the human verification. Click "Submit."

    Check your email for a message from RummyCircle (it may be in the Promotions folder or spam folder). Inside, you'll find a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes.

    Click on the reset link, and it will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password.

    Set a strong password for your account, making it long, alphanumeric, and including special characters (e.g., Rummy@123).

    Now, you can use the new password to log in to your account or update your account details.

    Please ensure that your password is secure to protect your account effectively.

    Note: You can also log in by entering your registered mobile number or email address, or username and OTP would be sent to your registered mobile number &  email address to log in.
