  • What is the difference between Entry Fee Tournaments & Free Tournaments? Down Arrow

    Entry fee tournaments are the ones that require some amount to be paid in order to join a tournament.

    Whereas, the Free Entry Tournaments do not need any fee to be paid to join the tournament.

  • How many tournaments can I play on a daily or monthly basis? Down Arrow

    There are no limits to the number of tournaments you can play! Unlimited games, unlimited fun.

  • What are Multi-table Tournaments? (MTT) Down Arrow

    Multi Table Tournaments (MTT) have:

    • More Players: Play on 6 player tables.
    • More Deals: Play more Rummy per round.
    • Local Competition: Our unique tournament progression system.

    In the new Multi Table Tournaments, whether you move to the next round or not, depends on how well you do against the players on your table. If someone else on some other table does fantastically well, then it will not affect your chance of moving into the next round.

  • If I leave an Entry Fee tournament before it has started do I get a refund? Down Arrow

    Yes, you can unregister for the tournament before the game begins and also get a refund for the same.

    Note: You can't avail a refund for tournaments that have already begun.

  • Where can I find the details of all the Tournaments? Down Arrow

    Every detail about each tournament is listed on the Promotions page on our website. You can also click on "Go to Tournaments" on the application from the menu and view all the tournaments available in your lobby. 

    Note: Click on the name of the tournament and (i) icon to view the details like Tournament ID, Entry fee, start time, seat availability, Prizes, and game rounds.  

  • Why can't I see "View Rank" tab on Cash Game table? Down Arrow

    The 'View Rank' is only visible while playing tournaments on the tournament game table.

  • What should I do if I get disconnected in the middle of a game? Down Arrow

    First, ensure that your internet connection is active, which you can verify by checking the displayed sign on your device. If your connection is active, return to the game table and tap on "Refresh Game Table" located under game settings.

  • What is Points Rummy Tournament Format? Down Arrow

  • What is Royal Entry? Down Arrow

    Royal Entry is a special feature on RummyCircle, which allows players to directly enter into the Grand Finale of specified tournaments.

  • What happens if I can't pay all 5 instalments of Royal Entry? Down Arrow

    If the payment for all 5 instalments of Royal Entry is not completed within the specified timeframe, you will not gain access to the tournament's finale, and there will be no refund for the paid instalments.

  • How do I avail the Royal Entry ticket to a tournament? Down Arrow

    To avail the Royal Entry ticket, a player must go to the RummyCircle Lobby, and follow the steps listed below:

    Visit the 'Royal Entry' tab on the lobby > Click on Purchase Entry > Choose between: Full Amount or 1st Instalment > Click on 'I Confirm'

  • What else do I get by purchasing Royal Entry? Down Arrow

    The Royal Entry feature gives players DIRECT entry into the final round of the specified tournament.

  • Is the Royal Entry feature available for all the Tournaments on RummyCircle? Down Arrow

    No. The 'Royal Entry' feature is not available for all the tournaments on RummyCircle.

  • What happens to the number of prizes if the tournament is not completely filled? Down Arrow

    The winners are usually eligible to receive cash prizes & non-cash prizes as per the prize distribution plan, which may be subject to change.

    In some cases, where a tournament does not fill completely as per its size, no tickets will be distributed to players & only cash prizes will be given out. While, in some other cases, the player may receive both, the ticket as well as a cash prize.

    Cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s RummyCircle account instantly, upon completion of the relevant prize round, as the case may be.

    Prior to participating in any tournaments, kindly review the terms and conditions provided at the bottom of the page.

  • Does the Points Rummy format have a fixed time duration? Down Arrow

    No, the Points Rummy format does not have a fixed time duration. In Points Rummy, the game ends as soon as one of the players declares their cards by forming valid sets and sequences. The game does not continue for a specific number of rounds or a predetermined time limit. The player who declares first wins the game, and the points are calculated based on the remaining cards in the opponents' hands.

    Unlike other formats like Deals Rummy or Pool Rummy, which have a fixed number of deals or rounds, Points Rummy is a quick and straightforward format that concludes as soon as a player declares their cards.

  • How do I check more details of a tournament? Down Arrow

  • How do I know If a particular tournament is in Points Rummy format? Down Arrow

    If the player is using the desktop version, they can find the tournament format in the lobby section.

  • I didn't get a place on a new table when I dropped my hand in the last 30 seconds of the round. Down Arrow

    If you dropped your hand in the last 30 seconds of the round and did not get a place on a new table, it's possible that all the available seats on other tables were already occupied

  • Where can I check my rank after elimination? Down Arrow

    You can check your rank in the ‘My Games’ section in the lobby.

  • What does minimum chips mean and how is it useful while playing the game? Down Arrow

    In the beginning of the tournament, everyone starts with an equal number of chips.

    As the tournament progresses the chip balance will either increase or decrease, on the basis of your performance.

    This chip balance will determine your rank as shown in the leaderboard.

    The Minimum chip balance helps you to understand - if you can continue playing in the current round.

    Qualification to the next round is also determined by the minimum chips required to progress to the next round.

  • Can I play multiple tournaments at the same time? Down Arrow

    Yes, you can play multiple tournaments at the same time. The chip balance of one tournament will not affect the chip balance of another tournament.

  • Where can I check for the time left for a particular round? Down Arrow

    The time left for a particular round to complete can be checked by looking at the timer on the game table as shown below (in green):

     

     

  • What happens if I drop a deal? Down Arrow

    If you do not have a good hand of cards and you drop the deal - you will be placed on another table immediately where the next deal will start.

  • How many points do I lose if I do a middle drop? Down Arrow
    • If a player drops the game in a turn other than the first, he/she gets 40 points.
    • Special case: If a player misses 3 consecutive turns, he/she is dropped automatically from the game. This means that this player gets a middle drop score.
    • In 101 pool rummy, the middle drop is 40 points. In 201 pool rummy, the middle drop is 50.
  • How do players qualify from one round to another? Down Arrow

    Players will qualify to the next round based on their chip balance - which also determines their rank on the leaderboard. If a player meets the minimum chip balance criteria required to move to the next round he/she would qualify for the same.

    Note: This minimum chip balance is usually the 80 point value equivalent of that round.

    For Example: if you begin the round with 1000 chips & Point value for Round 1 is 10, then the minimum no. of chips to continue playing in the round is: 80x10 = 800.

  • Do the ranks of one tournament impact the other? Down Arrow

    No. The rank in one tournament is independent of the other.

  • What is the wait time between rounds? Down Arrow

    The wait time between rounds would be 3 minutes. After the extra time window, the next round will start immediately.

  • How many points do I lose if I go for first drop? Down Arrow

    If a player drops the game in their very first turn, he/she gets 20 points. In 101 pool rummy, the first drop is 20 points in 201 pool rummy the first drop is 25. 

  • What happens if I get eliminated in the middle of a round? Down Arrow

    If you get eliminated in the middle of a round in a Rummy tournament, it means you have lost all your points and can no longer continue playing in that particular round. You can check your rank in the 'My Games' section in the lobby.
